Here is a trailer for TheBlu, a new project from Wemo Media that seeks to do for the ocean what Second Life and Farmville does for our work productivity.  Seriously though, this is really cool.  Basically it is a totally virtual underwater world designed to replicate aquatic life patterns and allow students to study animal behaviors without owning a BCD.  The project is open source, meaning you can modify components of it at will and create your own ecosystems on your own.  Right now there are several systems already built included a Reef biotype.  You can request an invite to be a part of the beta program here.  Thanks to Deep Sea News for the tip!
