Additional Details on DA SL2 Tradein Program

The folks at DA have announced details surrounding the new SL2-V2 which is a replacement for the faulty SL2.  Since we know a LOT of people have had problems with the salinity probes on the Reefkeeper line failing or not maintaining their calibration, we urge everyone to return their faulty devices for the new version and make sure that the new SL2 is paired with the proper version of conductivity probe.  Unfortunately, as has come to be the norm with updates surrounding these failing components, they are still a ways away (8 weeks according to the post).  Is this replacement “way too late” or “better late than never”?  Answer below in the comments.
