Nano Reactors Get Cuter and Cuter

by | Feb 21, 2012 | Equipment, Tanks, Too Cute | 0 comments

You know how you go into a baby store and see your favorite adult brand in an infant size?  That is the same feeling I get when I see these new media reactors engineered specifically for nano tanks.  I never went for a nano because how am I going to fit all of that equipment on the tank?  Well, obviously some enterprising minds are hard at work on all of that because here is the cutest little media reactor I’ve ever seen.  I would not think of using this for carbon or phosban, if you’re going to display this little gem, you are going to want to run biopellets and make sure that they get nice and agitated via your input flow.  Seeing a fully decked out nano with one of these hanging on the side, priceless.  This bad little baby is made by Fistafiltration (do not ask us, we have no idea where the name comes from) and complements their nano tank and forthcoming skimmer unit, however it is only available in the UK at the moment.  Based on the demand for nano accessories over here, we’re sure someone will figure out how to get them imported.  We’d sure love a demo unit to review over here across the pond!  Thanks to NanoReefBlog for the tip.
