Asterospicularia at Live Aquaria

For all the soft coral geeks, here is something you don’t see too often in this region. Asterospicularia is an octocoral from Indonesia and a few Pacific Islands that is rare in the trade.  A poor shipper like many xeniids, this stalky and bushy specimen has landed at Live Aquaria and looks fantastic.  For only $80 you can be the only kid on your block to own this rarity, hell, you’d probably be one of only ten people in the USA that have one.  One thing about octocorals, once they are happy and established in an iodine rich tank, they are easily fragged, and, well, you know how to reach us!
