Ocean Institute’s Captive-Bred Yellow Tangs

By xeniaforever 6 years agoNo Comments

Congratulations to the team at Ocean Institute for their success with the world’s first captive bred yellow tang; this is truly a remarkable feat!  In their own words:

“They are a little camera shy, but here’s some video of our recently settled Yellow Tang!! If you look closely you’ll see some that are still in the process of turning yellow.

Stay tuned for more information on this incredible achievement! For now, just enjoy the yellow! Thanks to all the crew (Dean Kline, Emma Forbes, Aurora Burgess, Erin Pereira, Randall Scarborough, Renee Tousse & Blake Thompson) for making this a reality!!”
