Controller-Rossmont-Waver

We have heard some interesting new details regarding the brand-new Rossmont Waver.

Just a few weeks ago, we stated our opinion that Rossmont Waver was a revolution in the world of pumps, as it has the ability to manage the non-electronic Rossmont pumps, and does not require the user to buy special pumps; but we now know that this new product can do so much more. Rossmont hopes that this product could become the new cornerstone of the tank’s operations, as it has been designed to connect to and manage multiple other devices simultaneously.

Rossmont is defining this new product as an All In One (AIO); this single device can be used as a driver for the pumps, a user’s interface, and even as a remotely-controlled power switch.

This is all possible thanks to a logic board in the Rossmont Waver Master that is also a wifi board and a Radio board. It can connect an endless series of other Rossmont Waver Slave units (remember that each Waver module can connect just two pumps directly); and be used wirelessly and through radio frequency.

The Waver Master can be controlled from any smartphone, computer, and/or tablet through a browser interface; and does not require the installation of any software. The pumps control can be operated through an easy graphic interface that has several preset configurations, which recreate simulations of different sea currents.

Looking forward, Rossmont anticipates that, through the Waver, it will be possible to control the new range of their incoming products, specifically the new return pumps  and the pumps for skimmers. We’ve also heard that other new products are in production, including of measuring tools (pH? Redox? density?), lamps, and multi-sockets.

We actually have some other (GREAT) information, but we will wait to see and test the finished product before reporting on all its features. We will be back more information and photos as we have them!
