A Look at the Tangerine Albino Ocellaris from Sea & Reef

The Tangerine Albino Ocellaris Clownfish is not new to the hobby, but is rarely available from a commercial source. Sea & Reef has recently brought this interesting fish into their breeding program. The Tangerine mutation is considered albino because they are hypomelanistic, meaning there is a reduction or lack of black pigment. Tangerine albinism is expressed as a lack of black pigment between the white stripes and the orange body coloration. The black pigment is also strongly reduced in the fins.
