Tunze’s line of Silence recirculation pumps just got a little bit bigger … or a lot bigger if we’re judging by flow. The new Silence PRO pump outputs an impressive 2,906gph (nearly four times more than that of the next biggest Silence pump) while only using between 95 and 125 watts. This flow (and reported quiet operation) is achieved with a modified Tesla disk-type impeller.
Unlike other tunze Silence pumps, the Silence PRO is not electronically controllable and does not have built-in flow adjustment, but users can control flow rates the conventional method (using post-output ball/gate valves).
