Contract workers discovered two goldfish in a pitcher of radioactive water at the Perry (Ohio) Nuclear Power Plant. Scarier yet, the pitcher was found in a restricted area meaning this person (of questionable maturity and ethics) had access to radioactive water and interior sections of a nuclear facility.
