Eviota erdmanni is only known from the Savu Sea, at Ende, south Flores, Indonesia.  It was named in honor of Dr. Mark V.  Erdmann, who played major roles in discovering and describing many of the newly species of reef gobies we’ve reported on in recent years, including E.erdmanni.

Yawkey Gallery on the Charles River is the newest permanent exhibition at the Museum of Science (MOS) in Boston, Massachusetts.
