Today I refilled the calcium reactor to the top, cleaned the glass, fed the fish and did my water testing. Tonight I’ll dose 125 drops of Phosphate Rx while the fish sleep.

The turf scrubber screen needed some TLC. I scraped away that pink stuff in the center on each side and threaded some hair algae in a few spots to help repopulate the screen. The reef got a nice meal of Benereef today.…

November 10th, 2021, the 400g turned 8 years old. This is the oldest reef to date in my care thus far. The Anemone cube turned 8 years old today as well, and in this video I showcase the gear I use and why it works so well.…
The reef didn’t need any work today. I fed the fish and took more macro pictures with the Nikon using a 105mm lens.
