Remy has been keeping aquariums – both freshwater and saltwater – since the days of dial-up internet. A lifelong science enthusiast, he studied Mass Communications in college with a minor in biological anthropology, blending a passion for storytelling with a deep curiosity about the natural world.
Before diving into the reefing industry full-time, Remy spent over two decades as a professional radio personality, lending his voice to stations from St. Louis to Chicago and beyond. Today, he serves as the Digital Marketing Manager for Brightwell Aquatics and is the creator of the Bahama Llama Coral YouTube channel, where he shares his love of reefkeeping with humor, depth, and a healthy dose of curiosity.
