We were really lucky to get to play with the new Cobalt NEO Heaters that have an integrated controller.  The cool thing about these heaters is that the controller is built directly into the heater and is fully submersible, so a quick glance into the tank reveals the operating status and current temperature.  Check out the video for the demo on how it works.
