This plating capricornis-like monti has a green colored surface that can develop blue highlights in strong light. The most exotic aspect of this plating coral is that its polyps have a brilliant pink coloration. This pink is seen on new growth polyps and some pink pigment even can be found in certain areas of the main monti surface.
