Magenta Polyp Stylophora pistillata

This specimen will appear magenta under normal/daylight conditions and will glow blue under actnic. This coral looks best under 6,500 – 10,000K light. It is a slow grower that is sensitive to prolonged high temperatures (above 82 degrees). Photo courtesy of Garret’s Acropolis
