For this episode, we drove to Miami, Florida to visit Julian Sprung of Two Little Fishies. In his office, he sat down with us and we talked anything and everything about calcium hydroxide, better known as kalkwasser, and how this old school method of sustaining calcium and alkalinity can benefit us in our reef keeping and how many experts and gurus in the hobbies are still using this method and why.
