Global Pet Expo 2024

“Global Pet Expo takes place March 20-22, 2024 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. Presented by the American Pet Products Association (APPA) and Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA), the expo is the pet industry’s premier event featuring the newest, most innovative pet products on the market today.” – Global Pet Expo Website

This event connects manufacturers with distributors and distributors with retailers. It also showcases all the newest products in the pet industry. The aquatics industry is less than 10% of the industry, dwarfed by all other pet categories. And within the aquatics category, saltwater is much smaller than its freshwater counterpart.

This year I had the opportunity to attend Global Pet Expo as a journalist.  I have attended many for work in various industries in the past but this was by far the most enjoyable – this one pertained to something I am passionate about.
