How to frag Palys in my tank

I have a frag disc that had palys on it and placed it on the top of my rock. It has grown very well and want to take some and place them into the two smaller tanks I have. How can I do this safely?

I would just cut the disk with frag cutters.

but they have also grown off the disc onto my LR! do you mean just take the whole disc out of the tank?

take the disc out from the tank and do what jackson said!
