Hi Everyone
Here are some pix I took this am with the Red Sea Flora Base.
I love the way the tank looks just wish I would have known it only lasts a yr. So do I still need to fert? The bag says no fert needed for 6 months.
thanks
patrick

Looking good. Looks like the mosses have taken off on you already.
The rooted plants Probably won't require fert supplementation for some time but I'm not sure about the other plants that Absorb nutrients in the water column.
I haven't used the red sea max substrate due to the problem you stated that they turn into mud after some time. Not sure if they provide/leach ferts in the water column too.

Looking good! Jeff's right, that moss is exploding!! It doesn't look like a new tank anymore, it's filling in very nicely. Really good fish selection too. The Panda Corys are some of my favorite Cory Cats. Do you just have the 3 Corys? I had so many in my 55 just because they are so cool. I had at least 10 different species in there. I think my favorite had to be the Sterbai Corys. Look a lot like Juli Cory but with orange fins.

Keep it up! You're making me jealous now!!
