Some nice plants are java moss, baby tears, mini swords, anubias are nice too.
Ever think about shrimp? you can add cherry shrimp in there which add a great red color too it. Corydoras!! I love cories... great movement and funny to watch.

Here are some crystal shrimp.. go for a higher price but look great.

i owned the fluval edge and you definitely need to be careful with the led lights. the stock filter will splash water on them and cause them to burn out, picod had the same problem... so definitely be cautious and make something out of plexiglass to cover the exposed light.


unless its a light with covers on them which your picture doesnt show

That Saran wrap does not interfere with the light or heat up?Anyway,here are some pics.Bought fish today.6 neon tetras,3 zebras,one red danio_One spotted cory and a tiny Cherry shrimp.

I don't know what LEDs he has but most of them still get hot. I wouldn't put anything over a bulb...

You can buy a small piece of acrylic and cut it to size. Then buy some little mirror hangers!? I think that's what picod used and glue them in the inside of the top opening to act as a ledge.
