Bryopsis Help

Again, I come to the experts. I have some Bryopsis growing on my Frogspawn, what could I get to eat it w/o it eating my Frogspawn or any of my coral, ie... birdsnest? :eat:
I have tried pulling it off, but it just grows back.:banghead: I don't want to pull too much and damage my coral.

Raise your Magnesium level to 1500ppm until it's gone. Then slowly let it deplete to around 1350ppm and maintain it at that level.

i did use this method and it does work,but i did notice some of my zoo's lighten in color. you need to use tech-m by kent i tried with other mag supplements and they did not work. i also raised the level up to 1500 ppm over a three week period.

Just out of curiousity what does raising the magnesium have to do with killing it? I'm about to read the links deanos put up and might find my answer there. But in the mean time I'm just curious to know.

also reduction of photoperiod to include a few days of darkness has helped as well.
another thing to consider is that you may not be detecting the phosphate that is fueling it because your test kit is not a low range kit or simply because it has expired.
