So I entered this hobby because I had to scrap an old tank, I had an accident and I was wondering if I was still able to use the 10g tank.
Its a standard PETCO 10g tank with two compact flourescents in it but the catch is...
The tank kept growing algae (freshwater), either from over population, feeding, sunlight. So i decided to take all the fish and critters out and use diluted bleach on the tank and clean everything, gravel, ornaments and what not. My mistake i pre maturely put the fish back and fried the crap out of them. Dissapointed in my fault, I purchased a new nano for a reef.
So my question is, do you think if I was the 10g more, filter and what not, would I be able to use it in the future, or possibly give it to someone ?
