anybody know how i can lower the resolution on a pic so i can upload them ?

if you have photoshop you can just go to - image - resize image - and then type in the maximum pixels for the given format.

Easiest to go to Photobucket & upload from there.
You can chose the size you want the image (they have one for boards like this) before you upload.
Handy too in case you ever delete the pics from your computer

I use this on my xp and vista machine just right click on any image after install and choose VSO Image Resizer

that and photobucket auto resizes your pictures.

Or get a batch resizer u can download free if you wanna get 20+ pics resized quick.

Irfanview works nicely, either way go to www.download.com there are the programs listed here and many more free programs there you can download.
