I've never tested my water for calcium or iodine, magnesium etc..........

Can someone tell me all the tests i should be taking as well as the parameters i need to be at. thanks,

Alkalinity 2.5-4 meq/L (7-11 dKH, 125-200 ppm calcium carbonate equivalents)
Calcium 380-450 ppm
Magnesium 1200 - 1300
PH 8.2 - 8.4
SG 1.023 - 1.027
Nitrates < 10ppm and the closer to zero the better
