curing and scrubbing

I'm getting about 200 lb of rock tomorrow and am curing it in a new tank.

Should I scrub these off using plain RO/DI water before putting them in the tank, or use salted tank water to do that?

Salt water, if possible fresh salt water.

What are you scrubing off anyway? Unless the rock comes with a lot of sponges on it you should just rinse them off and place them in the tank.

i wouldn't scrub it. unless it has a lot of dead stuff on it. other than that i would just rinse in saltware and put it in the tank
