Lights on Ebay

Anyone have an opinion on these lights? They seem to be pretty cheap? I'm setting up a 90gal.

I wouldn't go pc for a 90 look into t5ho with individual reflectors or metal halide I have pc now on a 45 and am switching to t5's soon

It depends if you are setting up a reef or fish only tank.

Not good enough for a reef, but either way I'd stay away from the cheap brands.

Buy some T-5's. That light looks OK for a FOWLR not for a reef.

I have a very similar light fixture on my 55 gal (260W, 3 seperate cords/switches, reflector, 4 LED moonlights, legs) & I got it on ebay for like $79 plus shipping new.

For a deeper tank you would want something a bit stronger as suggested.

had t5s on my 48gallon. Great look, great par, great economy. dont spend money on something u'll have to change later anyway.

Ive had a great experience with hombby brand MH lighting. They'v worked great for me on my reef tank. I only have LPS, Softies, shrooms and polyps but all look amazing and grow like crazy! The man who deals with customers and is real helpful and even sent me a new bulb for free that was broken during shipment. In my opinion a pretty good product
