is miracle mud good

i need to know is miracle mud a good investment or garf grunge. am new to reefing but it sounds to good to be true and expensive.

I saw a guy on here albano selling some from his fuge to fit skimmer in so if you need some at a fraction of what places want buy his.It is truly alive see his tanks know it is pest free and healthy for yor tank.I got some and was amaxed at the diversity he has growing

thanks i just read it but i wanted to know more about it but decided not to go with it since the company "eccosystem" said to replace half every 12 months,
