Trying to get zoas to open

for last 6 years of collecting zoa's i have used one method with great success, ph-temp adjusted fresh water dip for 5-10 minutes then add a couple drops of iodine, the fw will kill off anything or make it drop and the iodine is to help relieve stress

I actually think I'm going to try the hydrogen peroxide. Is it just straight up HO2?

Yes, just straight hydrogen peroxide. Mine looked just like the ones in the picture here and both colonies were the size of tennis balls before they began to melt. Since doing the dip they have rebounded and are the size they were before the melting began.

Ok I did 50/50 with the water from the tank. They look the same as they did before I did the dip but without the worms, thankfully, how long did it take yours to open up?

furan 2 is actually what you want to treat zoa's with zoa pox and or other stuff, there is a whole write up on it on zoaid.com

It took about 3-4 days and then I did another dip for 30 seconds.
