Loc Line for HOT Magnum Filter

So I'm trying to figure out how to do Loc Line for my HOT Magnum filter. Russ from Saltwater Critters told me that I need 1/2" loc line tubing. I was just wondering if anyone on here has ever done this before. I'm not much of a plumbing guy, so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance and I shall see you at the swap!
