Hi.
its an 8 bulb fixture.
One of the end caps is bad so it affected 2 lights but when I was messing with it just now, the other 2 shut off too.

New end caps are like $3 each.

I do not think it’s a ballast issue. More so the corrosion in some of the caps.

While there are extra bulbs, they seem more like used bulbs saved for backup purposes.
I will double check to see if I have even more bulbs, which would be new ones.
Based on the above.
I’ll do $150 if I do not have any new bulbs to include, and if I do, will add the new bulbs in at just $10 each.
