Joe, comes with 2 actinic 03 URI bulbs with internal reflectors.

Right now, it is on hold for someone (I hope they come through) - if not, it's all yours

Here is the pic on the tank and a stock image from premium aquatics - I got the IC 660 upgrade and the URI internal reflector Actinic 03 bulbs upgrade. All in all, very good price for very clean and unused setup.
