Chaeto/Fuge Question

I just set up a fuge in my sump w/ kelp,chaeto and some other macro, my question is I read a lot of threads that there should be lil or no flow in ur fuge but chaeto needs constant flow to turn over & grow? So no flow, lil flow or...............................?:duh:

Medium flow.There has to be flow.

I've found that detrious just builds up on my chaeto if its in little to no flow, so I would give it some flow for better growth.

A lower flow rate is good because you want as much contact time between the nutrients in the water and the macroalgae. How are you adjusting your flow into the refug.
