Interesting video. I guess the main thing is to not have dead spots in the tank and the method (powerhead/oscillator/controller) is secondary, good to have but not necessary. Just a note: my anemonies tend to be more lively when there's a current.

you can also just point the powerheads at the glass, or have them shooting at eachother to create turbulent flow.
