is this light worth anything

want to know if this light is worth anything a friend gave it to me in exchange for some carpentry work thought it was a little smaller and could be refurbished to fit my 36

please if any idea let me know if it is worth anything or should I use it to light my driveway

I used a ballast off one of those and a 14k hamilton bulb for 2 years on my first reef tank and cant tell the difference in growth of corals or color from now and i currently have double ended mh lights .The only thing is that will look getto , probably use more electricity and make more heat than a good ballast but believe me it will work , is it worth anything? Mine went in the garbage.
