lighting for 29g tank

looking to buy a 30" light fixture but wanted to know if any of you used the Sundial T-5 Canopy Light Fixtures? it comes with 96watts 4-24 watt t 5 bulbs and two integrated timers. would that be enought light for soft corals and hard corals or should i go with sunpod 150 watt?

it will be enough, but you might need to put ur sps higher on the rock work.
