Red Worm

I'm in the process of upgrading tanks. My new tank is cycling. As I was taking some of the sand out of my old tank, I cam across a red worm that was baried in the sand. He's about two inches long and only about 1/16" think. He was a little too quick for me to take a picture. Any ideas whether this guy is good or bad?

No I don't think so. It doesn't have tenticles.

I guess it may be a small bristle worm. I just never knew they could bright red.

I would just leave it in there.
