Solana Venturi Intake Protein Skimmer Issue

I've been running my protein skimmer for about 10 days now. In the first couple of days, it was working great and I had to empty the skimmate once. Now, I haven't had anything collect in the cup for about 7 days. The entire skimmer chamber (not just the tube inside, the whole thing) is filled with foam and the microbubble filter is not working either. My tank is filled with microbubbles coming out of the return. I feel like something is not right but I've taken it apart twice and still the same thing is happening. Is my water level off? Is the skimmer defective?

your messing with it too much leave it alone for a week and let us know if your still having problems
