1st off, THANK YOU to every1 that's been helpful on MR, the BBM Reef Community, etc. EXTRA Love to RKaraGozler, Del, Thane, Valentin & D-Lo & Dr. Harry Lopez for bearing with me & my hundreds of questions during this whole move... Anyway, after 7 months, it was time to upgrade the tank size. I decided on a 65 & Life Reef sump b/c I'll eventually be moving up to join the 3-digit crew when I buy the new house. That'll be another thread.

So the new tank is running a CLF Life Reef Sump, Mag 7 return. 3 Two Little Fish Media Reactor. Reef Octopus Extreme Skimmer. Reef Keeper Lite v3. Korallin Cal Reactor. Life Reef ATO. 2 Koralia 4 & 2 Koralia Nano running on the Koralia Wave Maker until I get a 3rd PC4 to run that on the RKL internal wave modes & storm mode. Powerheads. Blueline LED's 6 hours all on.

7-month old 36G tank
Fluval 305. Remora Skimmer. Blueline LED System. 2 Koralia Nano's & Red Sea Wave Maker

And the move begins:
The New tank ran for 2 weeks w/ a few pieces of LR & a rock of softies & some big pieces of new LR courtesy of RKG & my LFS
I did a water change every other day for 1 week and used that water in the new tank scraping coralline algae off of the old tank to hopefully seed into the new tank

Took big rubbermade bins & put all the rock & coral inside while siphoning water from he old tank. Brought the bins upstairs & since both tanks had the same temp & relatively similar parameters (alk, ca, mg, ph, kh) I drip acclimated each bin in the order that it was going into the tank

During Drip Acclimation of 2-3 drips/second, I did the rock work & fish acclimation. After the rocks were down, I took the old sand and placed it into the new tank mixed with some new sand (1:1 ratio of old to new sand)

Everything into the tank but still acclimating the fish & still running the power compact light

Fish went in, Setup the Temporary LED Light stand (adjusting every now and again to get the best coverage...then the final measurements will be taken so I can build the vented hood
