if anyone has one, i just tested my water and found the
cause of my nirtates:dead1:.
just wondering if anyone has an extra one lying around? cant afford a new one but if anyone can offer some help??:beer:drinks on me

or even some water thats cheaper the the friggin LFS?

The cost of a new RO/DI unit is less than the cost of fighting nuisance algae and is certainly less than you offering drinks to MR members who help :cheers: In the meantime, distilled water from the supermarket is cheaper than the LFS.

have you looked on ebay, you can get some decent new units for less than $70

so distilled water is reef safe and will it be lower in nitrates then my tap water?

the LFS sells ro/di for 1$ a gallon without salt. distilled water at a supermarket is 1$ a gallon, i have been searching distilled water is more expensive then the LFS water in most cases....anyhoooo basicly i need to get a ro unit if anyone has one for sale.?.?.?
