Where can I find a blue spotted jaw fish?

please don't purchase this fish, as i myself have lost two due to just being miserable in my tanks. I had one in a 120 gallon reef tank and one in a 28 gallon biocube and both were just miserable in captivity. Eventually they died in a short amount of time. I got both of mine from live aquaria and still no luck. This is one of those fishes that should not be offered in the hobby. Its an awesome fish with personality but just don't take to being in a tank. I personally will never look at one again unless im in mexico diving.
