If no one has one to spare for you, you may want to check home depot, I've seen them there for a couple of dollars.

I went to Home Depot yesterday - the college point one. All they had was 1" to 1" and 1/2" to 1/2"

No reducer ones - guess I might have to buy it from marinedepot.com and spend the $7.00 shipping cost. :irked:

Wonder if I need anything else - dont want to waste $ on shipping just for a reducer coupling.

you could make one out of pvc with hose barbs.

Also, make sure you look in the garden section for irrigation plumbing. I've found some interesting fittings there.

you will find a lot of items with the in ground sprinklers not with with rest of the plumbing parts.

Have you tried the Hydroponics store thats in flushing right off the L.I.E? They have lots of fittings there as well...
