Inside Mission Aquarius

This video provides a sneak peek inside the world of Aquarius, the underwater lab environment in the Florida Keys that is owned and operated by NOAA.  The lab allows scientists to study reef life, oceanography, saturation diving, and many other things within a “comfortable” underwater platform located at 60 feet.  The lab runs programs over the course of 10 days and each program is mostly independent from the last.  One week they are studying marine life, and the next they are doing simulations for space exploration.  There are plenty of other videos here and on Youtube if you are interested in following the program.
