This yellowbanded/ringed pipefish (Doryrhamphus pessuliferus) was captured in a photo that has made its way into the final round of National Geographic’s 2013 Best Photo contest.  The other photos in the final round are all incredible, and you can vote for which one you think should win over HERE.
