This is not what anyone expects to see on an aquarium.
Mr. Aquarium is a popular live fish store in Texas owned by Kyle Howard. Last Saturday, suspects broke into the store by tearing through the sheet rock wall. Once inside, they ransacked the customer service counter and cash registers.
Worse yet, after robbing the store, they decided to shoot holes (with an air or low caliber gun) into livestock aquariums! By the time the owners and law enforcement arrived at the scene, approximately a thousand gallons of aquarium water had gushed onto the store’s floor. The LFS staff did their best to save the livestock they could.
What the heck is wrong with some people?! While we do not condone burglary in the least, at least the motives for crimes of avarice is clear. What would possess someone to wantonly vandalize another’s property and harm animals is totally beyond us.
