Reef A Palooza NY 2018 : Captive Bred Flame Angelfish

by | Jul 12, 2018 | Aquaculture, Fish, Video | 0 comments

This year at Reef A Palooza, the Reefs.com booth was on fire, presenting quite a few new, important things to attendees. One thing that really stole the show was Jen Lowy / Colchester Pet Shop’s captive bred Flame Angels. Bred by Syd Kraul in Hawaii, the fish were breathtakingly beautiful, extremely hardy, readily eating (a little feeding demo by the Copagod himself, Chad Clayton of Reef Nutrition, is in the video), and very interactive with the countless people that came by to admire them. What more can you ask from a fish?

See how supporting aquaculture and captive breeding is so important and beneficial for our hobby and for our oceans.

Check it out and enjoy!
