I’m pretty sure that most of us have all seen the Lion King movie by now and know the story of circle of life narrated by Mufasa. I’m going somewhere with this, give me a minute.

It’s not strange that it applies to our reef tank as well, but we often overlook the little guys in that circle of life.

Mainly bacteria, macro and microfauna, and meiofauna found naturally in the ocean. Microscopic – tiny – small – medium – large – x large do you see the point that I am trying to make? A diverse ecosystem is so important for our reef because they all serve their purposes and are beneficial in their own ways.

Reef Nutrition is a top tier company that focuses on the little guys and lucky for us, is very reputable and a great company. They not only service our industry but handle feeds for many aquaculture facilities that breed animals for human consumption. With so many regulating companies and agencies, I think it speaks volumes of their quality.
