ReefGen is excited to work with Live Aquaria to provide hobbyists with high quality captive grown coral. These corals are now available in Live Aquaria’s Diver’s Den.
Some of the mother colonies for ReefGen Coral are housed in Joe Yaiullo’s groundbreaking 20,000 gallon aquarium at the Long Island Aquarium and Exposition Center in Riverhead, New York. Joe has been keeping some of his coral strains for over 20 years.

One of my favorites groups of coral listed on Diver’s Den are the captive grown strains of Goniopora. These coral will always hold a special place in my heart, as I developed these strains from small but unique colonies. These coral are easy to keep and are a good starting point for hobbyists making their first foray into keeping Goniopora. They like moderate to high flow and light and always enjoy feedings.
