Casco Pet has been working on a new filter system designed to work on retail fish systems and now it is available to retail stores. The filter promises to decrease fish mortality by up to 80%. We are not sure how they came up with “up to 80%” but we are all for it if it can decrease fish mortality even in the slightest.

According to Casco, the system never needs to be cleaned and the media doesn’t need to be replaced for the foreseeable future, making this a major labor and cost saver for retail shops.
