For those of you that know me personally or have been following my social media pages, know that I am a sucker for wrasses. Doesn’t matter if they are flashers, fairies or even corris wrasses. Heck, I love them all. Their vibrant colors, the way that they are always out and about, flashing, interacting is something that I can watch for hours.

One of my main goal of the new, slightly bigger tank was to stock it to my heart’s content with all of my favorites. With that small intro out of the way and getting to the video, John the Mad Reefer, a store owner in Melbourne, Florida, is a fellow wrasse nut that knows me very well and gives me a courtesy notices to let me know when he gets in something awesome. For a few months now, he has been getting some amazing specimens for me; he puts them through the usual QT, and then holds them for me for at least 1 month until I’m able to come down.
