New Reefer
Hi all!

I found an unidentified something on my green Tubiopora musica.
Very little (about 0,5 mm. not visible without magnifier glass) black spots (lot of) runing up and down on the coral tentacles.
Anybody knows what the hell is this, guys? Dangerous or not?
How can i remove it. Fresh water dip? or?

Thx

Sounds to me like a possible flatworm colony. I don't know if they will harm the coral or not, but if they are on the calcified part and not the fleshy part, I wouldn't worry too much. They can't very well leach nutrients from the coral through the tubes, I don't think. So, I wouldn't call them parasites. I think that a freshwater dip will be more risky for the coral than the spots are. Please get a few more opinions...don't want to be responsible for a dead coral!! :P
Good luck!
